Robert Sedwick received his BBA from Texas Tech University in 1969 and has been well established in the real estate business for some 46 years.  After graduating from college, he enlisted in the United States Marines Corps in 1970 and, after his discharge; he began working at Mobil Oil Corporation as an Ad Valorem Tax agent, where he was first exposed to the real estate business.  When he left Mobil, he went on to work as an agent for Herschel Forrester Company concentrating on retail pad sites sales and, consequently, received his real estate certificate from Southern Methodist University.

In 1977, he began working for Hudson & Hudson where he started his real estate career and later followed Richard Gray after Hudson & Hudson was dissolved to form Gray & Co Realtors, Inc. in 1985.  He has since represented a large group of foreign clients with transactions totaling millions of dollars.  Additionally, he has directly been involved in negotiating royalty interest, override pipeline and utility easements.  Currently, he remains very active in brokering retail, industrial, apartment and residential land projects.  Rob holds a Texas Brokers License and has a CCIM Designation.
