With 33 years of experience working with Gray & Co. Realtors, Inc., Patrick understands where the industry has been and where it is going. Since 1985, he has been heavily involved in residential and commercial development projects dealing in raw land as well as residential development projects with joint ventures, foreign and domestic investors. He has also been involved in the negotiation of royalty interests, override interests and pipeline easements for numerous clients as well as all areas of deed preparation and deed filing.
Prior to his work with Gray & Co., and after graduating from Salem International University in 1972, Patrick worked for Southern Pacific Land Company, a subsidiary of Southern Pacific Railroad, as a timber and land management third party contractor where he handled large negotiation contracts for over 850,000 acres in Northern California.
