Nancy Medley Wollenman joined Gray & Company, Inc.  as Principal in May 2018. The prior five years Nancy served a Vice President – Real Estate for Foremark Real Estate Services, Ltd.  She brings over 35 years of extensive experience, in all facets of corporate development including market analysis, expansion management, acquisition, project management, asset management and disposition. 

 

As a corporate employee, her primary focus was strategic corporate expansion for restaurant and entertainment companies. Those including Starbucks, Burger King, Blockbuster Video, Blockbuster Music, Discovery Zone, Quick Stuff and Jack In The Box where she spent 11 years as Senior Real Estate Manager and directed the opening of 115 new corporate and franchise developments. In addition, Nancy has represented Chuy’s, Main Event, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, Hideaway Pizza, Grub Burger, Saltgrass Steak House and Pinstack in their corporate expansion.

 

Nancy supports several industry and charity organizations, including International Council of Shopping Centers, Deals in Heels, Women in Real Estate Development, Children’s Cancer Fund and CASA. She is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and holds a Texas Real Estate License.  Nancy attended the University of Tennessee where she majored in Accounting and Real Estate.
